On the next 23^rd of April will start the Intermat exhibition, the building machineries, equipment and infrastructure trade show that take place every three years in Paris, in the fair district in the north area of Paris, Villepinte. The Intermat fair will close on the 28^th April 2018.

Some exhibitions numbers:

•       1500 exhibitors (The 70% comes from the EMEA zone: Europe, Middle East and Africa)
•       183.000 visitors coming from 167 Countries
•       4 different area of competence
•       50 out of 100 of the biggest construction companies
•       400 reporters with more than 2.000 articles on the media
•       8 international pavillons
•       30.000 m² of demonstrative area

The centre of the Intermat exposition will be the four branches divided on the base of their activities: building and demolition; streets, minerals and foundations, buildings and concrete; lifting, handling and carriage. Building companies, project managers, services companies and financial institutions will take part to the Parisian fair.

In order to give a prompt reply to the increasing digitalization in public works and building branches, at Intermat exhibition you can find three innovation villages:

•       Start-up Village by Eurovia
•       Building Smart Village
•       Demolition and recycling village

In these theme villages the different topics will be faced with a rich conferences program directed to a complete exchange of information and opinions among branches experts.

During the Intermat exhibition many events will take place, very important are Intremat rental Day and Intermat Demo. The first Intermat event will face the rental theme, on Thursday the 26^th an international round table will be dedicated to this topic named: “Being renter within 10 years” and followed by a sequence of B2B meetings among manufacturers and renters. The second Intermat event will be located outside, where the visitors will be able to appreciate the building machineries at work.

To the Intermat fair in Paris will be 8 international pavillons:

•       United States of America, represented from 8 companies, among them: Gomacio, Orbcomm and Carlson Software
•       Korea, with 14 companies
•       Turkey, with 40 brands
•       UK, with 12 exhibitors, among them: McCloskey e Off Highway
•       Taiwan, with 3 companies
•       China, to whom have been dedicated 3 different halls and 164 brands

Also this year many famous brands confirmed their participation, such as: KOMATSU, CASE, VOLVO, TAKEUCHI, YANMAR, KUBOTA, JOHN DEERE, BOBCAT, JCB and HITACHI.
